Belle Chou, SW President

Belle Chou       President

Belle Chou succeeded the founder of SW, Madam C.H. Kao as CEO and President in 1995. Belle has a passion for product innovation and has been awarded multiple US and international patents and trademarks. Most notable was her invention of aloe vera and skin-enhancing gloves and manufacturing methods.

Belle was raised in Taiwan and South Africa and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Finance in 1989. Prior to her current responsibility, Belle held various positions at SW in sales and marketing, manufacturing and R&D in support of the company’s growth.

She firmly believes in building true partnerships, caring for customers and helping promote their success.

Belle’s passions away from work include philanthropy, traveling and reading. 

 


Willis Chou, SW Chief Operations Officer

Willis Chou       Chief Operations Officer

Willis is SW's Chief Operations Officer, responsible for standardizing procedures across operations, developing manufacturing cost-down programs, and managing the company’s human capital and information technologies. He also co-leads SW's community aid and charity giving efforts.

Willis joined SW in October 2007 after a 15+ year career in information technology in Silicon Valley. Prior to joining the company, he was the Chief Operations Officer at PreferSolar Photovoltaic.

Willis earned a master degree in business administration with a concentration in information technology from California State University, Hayward.

 


Bob Gaither, SW Chief Commercial Officer

Robert Gaither       Chief Commercial Officer

Bob Gaither joined SW as Chief Commercial Officer in April of 2015.  Previously, Mr. Gaither was senior vice president and regional director for North America at Ansell, where he amassed over 35 years of hand protection experience in the industrial and medical markets.  

He was also instrumental in leading the charge to enhance customer value by leveraging six sigma processes and tools, capitalizing on key growth verticals as well as improving efficiencies and customer service.

Bob is an innovative senior executive with proven success leading sales, marketing and commercial operations.
